National Talent Accelerator is an applied graduate & national talent program designed for high potential youth & early career nationals who need to strengthen leadership, agility & high performance (hipos version). It converts the A.C.E. portfolio architecture into observable workplace practice through realistic decisions, tools, feedback and application. Its promise - Develop faster. Lead sooner - is delivered through evidence of performance rather than attendance alone.

Practice designed for transfer

Workplace simulations, projects, mentoring, reflection, career tools, manager feedback and evidence-based readiness reviews. Each learning objective is mapped to an observable behavior, a practice activity and a defined evidence source. Facilitators use structured feedback and learners leave with tools that can be applied immediately.
