Leading Change Small is an applied leadership, coaching & change program designed for new supervisors in transformation who need to strengthen change management. It converts the D.E.S.E.R.T. portfolio architecture into observable workplace practice through realistic decisions, tools, feedback and application. Its promise - Change starts with you - is delivered through evidence of performance rather than attendance alone.
