What is the difference between a competency, a skill and a behavior?+

The document should define a controlled taxonomy. In Learnuva's architecture, a competency is a meaningful performance capability, skills contribute to it and observable behaviors or work evidence show how it is demonstrated.

How many proficiency levels should we use?+

Only as many as support real distinctions and decisions. The right number depends on role architecture, audience and use cases; more levels do not automatically create more precision.

Can this connect to career pathways?+

Yes. Expected capabilities and proficiency can make adjacent roles, development priorities and movement requirements more visible, provided pathways also reflect experience and organizational opportunity.

How do you identify future skills?+

We combine strategy, work and technology signals, expert input, workforce evidence and credible external research. Future skills are reviewed as hypotheses and priorities, not treated as permanent predictions.

Can the architecture be used in an HR platform?+
