The Vision Architect is an applied leadership, coaching & change program designed for senior leaders / directors who need to strengthen leadership. It converts the D.E.S.E.R.T. portfolio architecture into observable workplace practice through realistic decisions, tools, feedback and application. Its promise - Design the future.
